Lois Griffin Bundle Contents and Prices
Epic Games offers the Lois Griffin cosmetics as both a complete bundle and individual items. Buying the bundle saves you V-Bucks compared to purchasing everything separately.
Here is the complete price breakdown:
| Item | Type | Price (V-Bucks) |
|---|---|---|
| Lois Griffin Bundle | Complete Set | 2,000 |
| Lois Griffin Outfit | Skin | 1,500 |
| Kitchen Killer | Pickaxe | 800 |
| Piano Woman | Emote | 500 |
The bundle includes the Lois Griffin outfit, the Kitchen Killer pickaxe, and the Piano Woman emote. Purchasing the bundle saves you 800 V-Bucks compared to buying these items individually.
If you only want the skin itself, the standalone outfit costs 1,500 V-Bucks. This is a Rare rarity cosmetic, which aligns with the typical pricing for crossover character outfits of this tier.
Availability and How Long You Have to Buy
The Lois Griffin skin is a limited-time Item Shop offering. It debuted on May 8, 2026, at 8 PM ET as part of the Fox Mother’s Day promotion.
Fortnite Item Shop rotations typically last 24 to 48 hours for featured collaborations. Based on the release timing, you likely have until May 10 or 11, 2026, to purchase this skin before it rotates out.
Whether the Lois Griffin skin will return to the Item Shop in the future is uncertain. Epic Games occasionally brings back popular collaboration skins during special events or anniversaries, but there is no guarantee. Our advice is to buy it during this initial window if you definitely want it in your collection.
The Family Guy Collaboration Context
The Lois Griffin skin is not the first Family Guy character to appear in Fortnite. Peter Griffin joined the game earlier during Chapter 5 Season 1, becoming a fan-favorite skin with his iconic appearance and emotes.
The Peter Griffin skin was released as a Battle Pass unlockable in January 2026, meaning it is no longer available to new players unless Epic decides to bring it back as an Item Shop purchase. This makes the Lois Griffin release particularly significant for collectors who missed the earlier opportunity.
This release is part of Epic’s broader “Animated Moms” celebration for Mother’s Day 2026. Alongside Lois Griffin, the Item Shop features Linda Belcher from Bob’s Burgers and Peggy Hill from King of the Hill. Each skin comes with themed cosmetics reflecting their respective shows.
The community response on Reddit has been overwhelmingly positive. Players are sharing screenshots of their Lois Griffin gameplay and requesting additional Family Guy characters like Meg and Chris for future releases.
Important Things to Know Before Buying
There is no free way to unlock the Lois Griffin skin. Despite some online rumors, this is strictly a paid Item Shop cosmetic. You cannot earn it through challenges, Battle Pass progression, or Twitch drops.
After purchasing, your items should appear in your locker immediately. If they do not show up, try restarting Fortnite or checking your account sync status. Epic Games sometimes experiences brief delays during high-traffic release periods.
The skin does not feature additional edit styles at launch. What you see in the Item Shop preview is the complete outfit. However, Epic Games occasionally adds styles to popular skins in future updates, so this could change.
